Return policy
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Our products are produced to the highest of standards and we hope you will love them as much as we do.. but if that is not the case and you want to return or exchange the product we offer returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unworn and complete with all tags and in original condition.
Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible within those 7 days and we will make sure to handle it as quick as possible. When contact us please clearly state in the subject line “Return” or “Exchange” depending on what is your desire. If the returning adress is outside the EU please specify on the parcel “RETURNED GOODS”, we are not responsible for return custom charges and may refuse to receive parcels that are not correctly returned.
You are responsible for all cost of returning/exchanging an item. Please send parcels tracked and signed as we are not responsible for the parcel until we have taken delivery of said parcel.
If the condition of the returned item/items is unworn, all original tags intakt we will return the money to you through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 28 days for us to handle the return.
For exchanges the same item condition requirements as stated above are true and If those requirements are met we will send out your desired exchanged products. You will be charged or credited for the price difference between the exchanged products and delivery charges will apply to exchanges.
DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS CLAIMS
Please inspect all deliveries upon delivery and if the package and/or product looks damaged please notify the delivery company upon delivery. If the damage/fault in the product is noticed upon unpacking please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Keep all packing material as this might be required by the shipping company if the damaged can be related to shipping. When contacting us please use the contact form and clearly state in the subject line “Damaged/Faulty goods” and we will handle you claim.
If the claim is later than 5 days of delivery we can’t honor it so make sure to contact us immediately.
