Shipping

All orders placed on a business day are processed and shipped the following business day.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Products that show signs of use, installation, or modification cannot be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Returned items sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect or faulty item.

 

Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before placing a new order so we can assist and avoid unnecessary shipping.
