What bikes are your parts designed for?
All hard parts are designed specifically for the Honda NX platform, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Fitment details are always listed per product.
Will these parts fit my specific NX model?
Each product page lists compatible models and years. If you are unsure, especially if your bike is modified, please contact us before ordering and include details about your setup.
Are your parts universal?
No. Hard parts are designed for specific bikes and applications. Universal fitment is avoided to ensure proper fit and function.
What does the “Raw” surface finish mean?
Some products are available with a raw, unpainted surface finish. Parts are delivered without paint or coating and may show tool marks, small blemishes, or handling marks from the manufacturing process.
All parts are produced in small production runs and are not cosmetically finished or assembled for display. Minor imperfections are expected and do not affect function.
A raw finish will show wear and marks more quickly as the part is used. These parts are designed to be ridden, used, and abused. Scratches and wear become part of the story over time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on destination.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed on a business day are typically processed and shipped the following business day. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Smaller goods may be shipped in envelopes without tracking available.
Can I return a hard part if it doesn’t fit?
Hard parts that have been installed or test-fitted cannot be returned if they show clear marks of use, if not yes. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before ordering so we can help confirm compatibility.
Can I return soft goods?
Yes. Soft goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and returned in original condition with all packaging.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some products are produced in small batches. Restocks may happen, but are not guaranteed. If a product is sold out, you can contact us to ask about future availability.
Are your products made in limited runs?
Yes. Many parts are produced in small, focused production runs to ensure quality and consistency.
Can I combine orders or change an order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, changes are not possible.
How do I get in touch?
The best way to get in touch is through the chat right here on the site. We try to respond as quickly as possible, often within a few minutes.
If we’re not around, sending a DM on Instagram is the next best option. We check messages there regularly and do our best to reply as soon as possible.
